Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it’s so easy to run out of time and decide U’ll be fine until lunch rolls around or pick up something quick on the way & that's never healthy (Bagel, Croissant or Donut).
Then about 10:00 AM U regret eating it. U become slow and sluggish, but I think I may have finally found a solution!
Prepare a Fruit Smoothie the day before.
These make-ahead smoothies are not only easy and fast, but they’re super simple to make! U can prepare them up to two weeks in advance and in less than five minutes each morning U can have a healthy, filling breakfast ready to go.
ALL U Need is a Mason Jar & a Blender.
- Put Ur favorite fruits (and veggies) into regular-mouth Mason jars.
- Store Mason jars in the freezer for up to two weeks.
- When U're ready to blend, take the Mason jar out of the freezer and add Ur favorite type of milk (I use Water. Less Calories).
- Unscrew the blade from your blender and screw it onto your Mason jar!
- Add Liquid Egg White Protein (Best Protein on the Market).
- Blend Ur smoothie on the pulse setting, making sure to hold the Mason jar while blending.
- Remove the blender blade.
- Serve and enjoy!
The only problem is the nutritional value of any fresh smoothie deteriorates radically after 30 mins. of being prepared. Oxidation depletes nutrients, but it is five time better then a Donut.
I alway make MY Fruit Smoothie with:
- Liquid Egg White Protein (Best Protein on the Market).
Because I don't have to cut them. I can put these fruits in whole and then they never lose any nutritional value from Oxidation. Ur Choice.
