Most of it u might have never heard before because the experts don't want u to know. The reason the experts don't want u to know is the body can heal itself. If u got into Shape u would use less to NO Medication. I did not write that plan for anyone specifically. It is a Basic Plan.
I Must have gotten over 1000 e-mails asking why can't U eat Fruit? So today I will teach why U can't eat Fruits while trying to lose weight. Plus The Correct Way to Eat Fruit.
Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach... not as dessert after the meal as is often done or Mixed in with your Protein Drink. If you eat fruit on a empty stomach, it will also serve a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy. Now this is the crazy part, the body takes the fruits just like it would take a candy bar and Converts It Into FAT, if it is not USED... For ENERGY !!! Fruits are High in Sugar...
That is WHY MY biggest concern with fruit is sugar (This is another reason why I tell clients and I am telling U NOT to eat Fruit). Yes it is natural sugar and it contains fiber, vitamins and minerals, but lots of carbohydrates. The amount of fruit you have to intake to get your daily amount of vitamins and minerals is to high of a sugar intake to loose weight. The carbohydrates are for fuel, but if not used for fuel will be converted into fat. The carbohydrates are bound up in the fiber of the apple so that it takes your body a fair amount of time and effort to release those carbohydrates and convert them into fuel. So you could call the apple a medium-burning carbohydrate, or in medical terms, it has a lower glycemic index than straight sugar. As an example, let's take a look at the some of my favorite fruits:
1 large apple (3.25"/223g - 10% waste)
Sugars, total: 23g
Calories, total: 116
Calories from sugar: 92
1 cup slices (109g)
Sugars, total: 11g
Calories, total: 57
Calories from sugar: 44
1 large (140g)
Sugars, total: 17g
Calories, total: 125
Calories from sugar: 68
I only gave U two fruits today, but if u don't believe me look it up. This is why a lot of people can't break there Plat-Tow Weight. Now this is the crazy part, the body takes the fruits just like it would take the candy bar and converts it into FAT, if it is not USED... For ENERGY !!! If U don't want to Break the Plat-Tow Weight and your concern is being Healthy then two or three fruits a day are fine.
NOW let's Talk about The Correct Way to Eat Fruit.
Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. As fruit digests faster than bread, the slice of fruit digests quickly and is ready to go straight through the stomach to the intestines, but its passage is blocked by the bread which takes longer to digest. In the meantime…the whole meal ferments and turns to acid. Consequently, when the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.
So it is better to eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals. You have heard people complaining – every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc… Actually, all of this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will BLOAT!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, dark circles under the eyes – all of these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach. It is incorrectly presumed that some fruits like orange and lemon are acidic and will enhance acidity in your stomach. Research however shows that all fruits become alkaline in our body.
When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh fruit juice, not from cans. Don’t drink juice that has been heated up. Don’t eat cooked fruit because you don’t get the nutrients at all. You only get taste.
So stop making durian porridge if your want nutrients. Cooking fruits destroys all the vitamins. Eating the pulp or whole fruit is far better than drinking the juice as the fiber is good for you. If you should drink juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your salvia before swallowing it.
If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

GRANNY APPLES. APRICOTS. AVOCADOS. RIPE BANANAS. BLUEBERRIES. CANTALOUPE. CHERRIES. CRANBERRIES. FIGS. GRAPEFRUITS. KUMQUATS. LEMONS. LIMES. MANGOES. MELONS (ALL VARIETIES). NECTARINES. ORANGES. PAPAYA. PEACHES. PEARS. PINEAPPLES. PERSIMMONS. PLUMS. RASPBERRIES. STRAWBERRIES. WATERMELON.
(UNSWEETENED FROZEN FRUITS ARE ACCEPTABLE. NOT DRIED OR CANNED). THEY MUST BE EATEN FRESH.
