Most of it u might have never heard before because the experts don't want u to know. The reason the experts don't want u to know is the body can heal itself. If u got into Shape u would use less to NO Medication. Working Out can Lower Ur Blood Pressure & etc.
Plus Personal Trainer want to prolong how long it takes U to get into shape and get that Six Pack (Sexyism) U have been dreaming of because the longer it takes the More Money they can collect. They don't take MY attitude. I feel that the faster u get into shape the faster Ur friend will want to Train with ME !!!
Below plan is for weight Lost.
I believe everyone should Lose Weight First. It makes u more motivated to work out more. It puts a pep in Ur step. Eat only the foods on this list. If it is not on the list you can not eat it. It should only take three months to reach the body you have dreamed of (no cheat meals while you are trying to reach your sexyism). If it is taking longer then U need to call or e-mail ME...
1. NO YOGURT (UNLESS TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE). GREEK IS FINE.
2. YOU CAN ONLY EAT THE VEGETABLES THAT ARE ON THE LIST.
3. ONLY EAT THE CARBS THAT ARE ON THE LIST.
4. NO RED MEAT - VEAL - LAMB AFTER THE FIRST MONTH.
5. NO CHEESE AT ALL FROM NOW ON.
6. NO FRUITS AT ALL.
7. DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY.
8. DRINK ONLY WATER. NO JUICE OF ANY KIND.
9. TEA IS FINE (GREEN TEA IS BETTER & NO SUGAR).
10. COFFEE IS FINE (NO SUGAR).
YOU CAN EAT THE FOLLOWING PROTEINS AS MUCH AS YOU WANT:
EGGS - CHICKEN - FISH - TURKEY - STEAK (No Processed Meat).
ARTICHOKES. ASPARAGUS. BEETS (YELLOW WAX OR GREEN).BEAN-SPROUTS. CABBAGE (ALL VARIETIES). CAULIFLOWER. CELERY. CHIVES. CUCUMBERS. DANDELION GREENS. EGGPLANTS. ENDIVE. ESCAROLE. GARLIC. GREEN PEAS. KALE. KOHLRABI. LEEKS. LETTUCE (ALL VARIETIES). MUSTARD GREENS. OKRA. ONIONS. PARSNIPS. PEPPERS (GREEN, RED, JALAPENO, ANAHEIM, ETC.). RADISHES. SHALLOTS. SPINACH. STRING BEANS. SQUASH (SUMMER VARIETIES ONLY). SWISS CHARD. TOMATOES. TURNIPS. GREENS. WATERCRESS. BROCCOLI.
EAT SMALL AMOUNTS OF THE FOLLOWING CARBS:
RED POTATOES. YAMS. SWEET POTATOES. 7 OR 13 GRAIN RICE. BROWN RICE. RICE CAKES (These are the Only Carbs. u can eat for Weight Lost).
FRIENDLY FATS AND OILS:
FLAX SEED OIL. SUNFLOWER OIL. SESAME OIL. WALNUT OIL. OLIVE OIL. ALMONDS. BRAZIL NUTS. FILBERTS. PECANS. PINE NUTS. WALNUTS. LECITHIN GRANULES.
There is a difference between eating healthy & wanting to look like a model (sexyism). You have to decide which one you want. No one can decide for you.
A. Eating healthy is easy all it takes is discipline. If you are not discipline then you need to hire a Personal Trainer to make you go to the gym every week. One of the most challenging part of my job is to motivate U to show up at the gym. Once you hire ME I make every effort to encourage you to go to the gym at least once a week to meet with me. Something is better then nothing.
B. Now reaching your Sexism is three time harder. It takes strong will power not to eat junk and no cheat meals until you reach your goal. It takes dedication to go to the gym when you are tired or sick until you reach your goal. You have to become anal to schedule all work out and meals. Plus that makes you more focused.
